Our story
A shop, a workshop, one street
Marlowe opened in 2018 as a twelve-square-metre shop on Rose Lane. The workshop came a year later, two doors down, when we got tired of explaining to factories what "a little looser in the shoulder" meant.
Today six people cut, sew and sell everything you see here. We make about four hundred pieces a month, and we know where every metre of fabric came from.
"We would rather sell you one coat you keep for ten years than three you forget by spring."
